Our journey began with a few children begging on the streets of Ahmednagar. They had no safety, hygiene, or health where they were living. With the constant motivation of healthy, home-cooked meals, we gradually won the trust of all 78 kids from the community, many of whom had lost one or both parents. We were able to take them to our home for children, and provide them with the right nurturing and opportunities they had missed out on.

We rescue and support the children from our targeted communities who have been abandoned and are living in destitution on the streets. Our aim is to nurture their growth, providing them with dignity and self-esteem. To achieve this, we operate two full-time shelters:Kalashram in Talegaon, MHSeva Kutir in Mira-Bhayandar, MH These children previously lived in makeshift huts and rudimentary housing, often sleeping under the open sky without access to electricity, clean water, or proper bedding. At both of our shelters, we offer clean and secure dormitories, rooms, toilets, and bathing facilities. Additionally, we prioritize their emotional and mental well-being, ensuring they feel safe and secure. The children reside permanently in these shelters, where they are provided access to educational opportunities, medical and healthcare services, nourishing home-cooked meals, dignified clothing, and a supportive community built on trust and safety.
